
Individual or Small Group Training Sessions
​Sessions are specifically designed for player's individual position and desired area for improvement.
​
Each session will begin with a short warm-up and stretch.
Following that we will proceed to the training session that will best accomplish your goal.
If it is conditioning then we will focus on improving your speed, stamina, and recovery through varied ball work/without(cones, ladder, etc.) based on interval style training.
If you are a winger who desires to improve tactically and work on more technical aspects then we will spend more time of the training session on those areas.

We will perform drills utilizing cones/running into space/ defensive pressing...etc. that address the following:
- Your role in various formations both attacking/ defensive
- Varied Crossing
- Defending – tracking back- closing down the defender
The above were just two examples that show a more specified training session. However, that does not mean that all aspects of the game will not be incorporated to each session. A fit soccer player is a better soccer player. A more tactically aware soccer player is a better soccer player. A more technical soccer player is a better soccer player. For these reasons all sessions will incorporate training in these three areas – Technique/ Tactics/ Fitness.
